That little form sends a message directly to my in-box & is marked SUPER-URGENT and makes sure that I get your message. Do not reply to your Forward Steps subscription emails. I probably won't see your email if you do that, as I get quite a lot of email! Also, I live in Perth, Western Australia so you will need to remember our time zone difference whenever you are waiting for a reply. I very much appreciate all my subscribers and I respond to your emails, personally.

A FEW TIPS

• Add aweber [at] forwardsteps.com.au to your whitelist and/or to your address book? Please, don't use that address to write to me and, as mentioned above, do not reply to any of my Aweber delivered emails. Dream Manifesto has very good email delivery information.
• To make changes to your personal details go to... www.forwardsteps.com.au/SubscriptionCancel.htm
• When passing your emails forward to share with friends, it is a very good idea to remove the unsubscribe link at the bottom, before you hit the send button! Friends of your friends might accidentally click your unique unsubscribe link & remove your name!
• When you subscribe to a couple of email series from me, be sure to use the same email address for all. That way, if I send a 'broadcast' message, you'll only receive one & not more. See the 2nd tip above to know how to make changes to details & emails.
• The way that I remember that I have subscribed to an email list is by giving it a label or filter in my email service, immediately once I have confirmed. I also then get to choose when I want to read my subscriptions and can schedule deliberate reading time.

• The ONLY way to never receive email again is to "Unsubscribe". Using a spam button NEVER removes you from ANY email list.
  

• Your Unsubscribe link is ALWAYS available at the bottom of EVERY email.

Using the SPAM button damages the business name & reputation of the person sending the email (with their ISP) . You had confirmed wanting to receive email, by clicking a confirmation link in your first email. :) Hitting 'spam' isn't fair to do, in that relationship.

It is not always your fault & the best way be certain is to add my email address to your whitelist, "People I Know" list, safe list or your email address book, then mail will not inadvertently be marked as spam by your email provider. Occasionally a trigger, key word in the subject or body of the email could be the cause.

SOME 'MUST KNOW' NOTES FROM ME

There might be few times during this year that you receive extra email from me. Sometimes this could amount to several additional emails in one week.

ONLY when I truly love a product or event AND ONLY when I believe it could make a great difference to you if I support in a BIG WAY, do I send out email for those. Up till now, I've really only sent a 'campaign' series for Christian Pankhurst and for Mind Movies. I participate in the Mind Movies series each year.

I favor programs that offer you free, high quality content from which we can all benefit, regardless of whether we take up any offers.

Other web owners might even be sending identical content, because they too are supporting the same and we might send simultaneously, due to time sensitivity of certain bonuses.

If you click the unsubscribe link during those brief campaign periods then you will be unsubscribing from your usual emails from me too. You might not want that to happen, which is why I wrote this explanatory note for you.
